Hayden Sylte is the founder and creative force behind ON AND OFF THE COURSE, with deep roots in the game of golf. Raised in a golf family, she has been immersed in the sport for as long as she can remember—naturally blending her passions for golf, fashion, and fragrance into one cohesive vision.

Through her travels, she discovered the powerful connection between scent and memory—how a single note can capture the spirit of a place. Inspired by these moments, she taught herself the art of perfumery, developing and refining each fragrance by hand. From ingredient selection to final blend, every scent reflects her personal experiences and perspective.

“Building ON AND OFF THE COURSE from the ground up has been my most exciting journey yet,” Hayden says. “From learning perfumery to creating each scent by hand, every fragrance is deeply personal.”

Her flagship scent, Dublin Rum, evokes a rainy round in Ireland, with warm, aromatic notes that reflect the charm of Dublin. Each fragrance invites the wearer to experience iconic golf destinations through scent.
