Hayden Sylte is the founder and creative force behind ON AND OFF THE COURSE, a golf-inspired fragrance brand born from her lifelong connection to the game. Raised in a golf family, she grew up immersed in the sport and developed a passion for the lifestyle, travel, and memories that surround it.

Through her travels to iconic golf destinations around the world, Hayden discovered the powerful connection between scent and memory—how a fragrance can instantly transport you back to a place, moment, or experience. Wanting to bottle the memories she made along the way, Hayden taught herself the art of perfumery and began creating fragrances that transport others to golf's most iconic destinations.
